Introduction To Body Fitness With Gliding

 

You would own several pieces of expensive, unused fitness equipment. You may have injured yourself, possibly permanently, from lifting excessive weight before learning the importance of the form and the movement. You may have injured your body from over-enthusiastic aerobic or Tae-Bo movements. Your injuries could include torn muscles, damaged tendons, and skeletal misalignment.

You could be suffering from gymnasium runaround—rushing to your gym at your time, changing your clothes, working out, showering, changing your clothes again, and then rushing to get back to the rest of your day! Maybe you sacrifice important, healing sleep time to do your gym work early in the morning before you start the rest of your day. They call it working out, but I wonder if it is not more like burning out. By the time I became fed up with gymnasium runaround, I was devoting several hours of every day to a tiresome and non-productive workout regime for my body.

Seeking nothing more than to remain moderately fit, I inadvertently discovered Gliding, the universal fitness program for every body. I discovered that fitness is a journey of self-discovery, and that journey is guided by your own body in a conversation with your own mind.

Even though this remarkable discovery happened mysteriously and suddenly, it came as the result of decades of study, work, and frustration. Right when I stood facing a brick wall, with no options for forward movement, my body took over and showed me how to put together everything that I had learned. I spent many years searching for the keys to that breakthrough “Eureka” moment, so that now I can guide you to it.
